I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, professionally registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in a range of NHS and private-sector settings.

I am particularly interested in finding a shared way of talking about distress with people who come for therapy, so that they can feel understood and, in turn, gain insight into their situation. I hope this can lead to relief and a greater sense of meaning in daily life and relationships.

My practice is grounded in psychological theory and evidence-based therapy, while remaining flexible about which approach is most useful for the individual person.

Clinical supervision

I also offer clinical supervision to mental-health professionals. Supervision can be discussed separately according to your role, experience and requirements.
